With over 25 years of dedicated experience in pre-primary and primary education, Roshanjeet Kaur has played a significant role in shaping young minds through compassionate teaching and child-centred learning approaches. She has worked with reputed educational institutions such as Chirec and St. Vincent’s School, gaining extensive expertise in early childhood development, classroom management, and holistic education.
Her professional journey also includes working closely with autistic children, where she focused on improving behavioural patterns, communication skills, social interaction, and emotional development through patient guidance and specialised learning methods. Her ability to understand each child’s unique learning needs has helped many students build confidence and progress effectively in their developmental journey.
In addition to classroom teaching, she has contributed to the field of teacher education by teaching psychology and methods of childhood education to teacher trainees.
